Our History
Established
in 1914 as a Proprietary Concern in the Central Business district of
Mumbai, the company's activities were limited to various types of Dies
and Engraving Work only. Gradually with the passage of time, the
founder's inventive genius and enterprise led to the introduction of
modern technology in high precision dies to meet the internal
industrial demand. The growth of this small firm touched its peak in
nineteen forties, the firm got converted into a Limited Company in
October, 1949. Till that time the Precision work had attained its own
height. Several avenues of growth opened after independence and the
company made a spectacular progress with the expansion and
diversification of activities to encourage Cottage and Small Scale
Industries.
Since
1956, the firm automatically became a Private Limited Company. Since
then the company has widened its scope of manufacturing and entered in
the Soap machinery manufacturing line. It's contribution to the Soap
Industry, besides manual operated machinery, includes the finishing
line for all types of Toilet and Bath Soap. Introduction of Synthetic
Detergent in late sixties and subsequently in India in Seventies, the
company has entered in the modern detergent machinery manufacturing
within a span of six decades and the company has achieved a distinction
in Soap making machinery.

Our Strengths

company has its own Research and Development plant to provide product
development facility to small manufacturers and to new entrepreneurs in
Soap and Detergent Industry. We also have a good record of export of
Soap machinery to numerous countries. As an independent incorporated
enterprise, our group owns stock in many local machinery and industrial
