Ditergent Mixy Amalgamator
The mixy is
specially designed to effect Mixing and neutralization simultoneously.
It comprises of a Drum mounted horizontally on a firm chassis. The drum
has an axial horizontally on a firm chassis. The drum has an axial
horizontal shaft which moves a few hoof blades effecting mxing of dry
ingredients. The drum is also fitted radially with multiple chappers
which disburse the acid slurry into the entire mass in the form of
small globules. The globules are then atomised by Carbon Dioxide
explosion, hence every atom of acid slurry is exposed to the
neutralizing ingredient.s. The Hoof Scooper and Choppers runs on high
and slow rpm with suitable reduction gear box. Bottom discharge outlet
is provided for discharging the mixed material.
